To make it easier for you to vote in the elections, we are sharing the voting procedure below

First, please check your membership on the attached member list. Then, to vote and facilitate change, you need to complete the attached “Representative Notification Form.” You cannot vote unless this form is filled out and submitted. By submitting this form, you gain the right to vote in the election and later participate in the General Assembly in April, where you will cast your vote in sealed envelopes, just as in the general elections.

Required Documents:

1. The attached Representative Notification Form, prepared on behalf of one of the company’s authorized signatories listed in the company’s signature circular (wet-signed and stamped).

2. The company’s signature circular.

You will be notified separately once the date and location of the General Assembly in April are announced.
