The 2024 PAGÇEV Plastic Recycling Awards Finalists Announced

Another important step has been taken to support the vision of sustainable transformation in the plastics industry: the finalists of the 2024 PAGÇEV Plastic Recycling Awards have been announced. This year, the awards are organized to highlight projects that gain value through innovation and a circular economy approach, all within the theme of recycling.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held on May 2, 2024, at the Istanbul TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center. This event will be held concurrently with the RePlast Eurasia Fair, allowing the finalist projects to be exhibited as well.

Yavuz Eroğlu, President of PAGÇEV, made the following statement:

“I congratulate all the contestants who made it to the finals this year. The finalists include brand owners, product and packaging designers, raw material producers, and machinery and equipment manufacturers from across the entire plastic value chain in Turkey. Every product and project is a clear result of the investments made by Turkey’s recycling industry over the past decade. Additionally, the diversity of our finalists is evidence of the significant progress the Turkish plastics industry has achieved in the circular and sustainable use of plastics.”

We will continue to raise the bar by focusing on the use of recycled content in our production processes, environmental responsibility, and a circular economy approach.
