Our Campaign “Plastic Has No Place in Nature, but Plays a Big Role in Our Lives” Wins Award from the Association of Economy Journalists

PAGEV’s recycling awareness campaign, launched under the slogan “Plastic Has No Place in Nature, but Plays a Big Role in Our Lives,” continues to make an impact. The campaign, which has received positive feedback from people of all ages since its launch, was awarded by the Association of Economy Journalists.

PAGEV’s campaign film, “Plastic Has No Place in Nature, but Plays a Big Role in Our Lives,” launched to break misconceptions about plastics, continues to generate discussion. We have received positive feedback on the campaign, which has had a wide-reaching positive impact on diverse groups such as academics, businesspeople, homemakers, and students. So far, the campaign has reached 80% of the target audience in Turkey through television and radio, and a total of 15 million people on social media. Many columnists have mentioned the campaign in their newspapers, and our Chairman Yavuz Eroğlu has promoted it on numerous television channels.

The campaign, which we expect to have an even greater impact in the long term, received its first award from the Association of Economy Journalists (EGD) during the “New Year Gathering” event, which brought together media and business leaders at the Istanbul Foreign Trade Complex. Our Chairman received the award from Vahap Munyar, General Coordinator and Columnist of Dünya newspaper.

Kampanya filmi ile ilgili çok sayıda olumlu geri dönüş alındığını belirten PAGEV,PAGÇEV,SEM Plastik Yönetim Kurulu  Başkanı Sayın Yavuz Eroğlu şunları söyledi: “Bu kampanyamızla herkesi geri dönüşüm zincirinin bir parçası olmaya davet ediyoruz. Daha iyi yaşamamızı sağlayan hemen her şeyde plastik var. Plastik Düşmanımız değil. Yeter ki onu denize atmayalım, piknik alanına bırakmayalım. Bu önemli mesajımız geniş kitlelere ulaştı ve ulaşmaya devam ediyor. Plastik atığı oluşturan yanlış davranışlara, bilinçsiz tüketime odaklanıp, eğitimle kalıcı çözüm üretmeliyiz. Geri dönüşümle döngüsel ekonomiye geçişi sağlamalıyız. Zamanla kampanyamızın etki alanının çok daha genişleyeceğine ve pozitif sonuçlarını kısa sürede göreceğimize inanıyoruz. EGD’ye geri dönüşüm farkındalığı ile ilgili çabamızı bu anlamlı ödül ile taçlandırdığı için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. ”
