During 2015, we completed the conceptual design and adaptation of our new system, integrating all our processes to provide our customers with the fastest and best possible service. The infrastructure provided by our new system enabled real-time traceability. In addition, we have equipped our system with an infrastructure that allows data exchange with our customers’ systems. Through our continuous improvement efforts, in the near future we will also offer self-service applications for our customers and suppliers to use.
